Your journey through our 65 acre Victorian estate begins the moment you board one of our custom Austrian Sleighs, lavishly upholstered, heated and pulled by magnificent 2,000 pound horses.

A sleigh ride at Nestlenook Estate and Resort is fun for the entire family and an experience you do not want to miss. Enjoy the winter wonderland in a heated Austrian Sleigh as the sleigh bells are jingling, skaters glide past on our outdoor Victorian skate park, music chimes in the background and the majestic snow capped mountains surround you. Warm up in our fully enclosed warming center, sipping hot chocolate by the fire! Await your sleigh by the fireplace in our enclosed Victorian gazebo or roast marshmallows on one of our many outdoor firepits. Join us at Nestlenook Estate and Resort as your journey begins on one of our heated Authentic Austrian Sleighs. The horse drawn sleigh will bring you to Santa's Workshop where the old Storyteller will tell the tale of "The Miracle at Nestlenook Ledges"-a story that emphasizes the true spirit of Christmas. Santa Claus will make a special visit. Complete with Elves, toys, hot cocoa, gifts, holiday spirit and a wondrous horse drawn sleigh ride around the magical Victorian winter park. This is a holiday experience that you do not want to miss.

This event will be held Fridays and Saturdays from November 23rd to December 21st.

Fridays: 6:00, 6:45 and 7:30 (pm).
Saturdays: 5:00, 5:45 and 6:30 (pm).

Each session is approximately 1 hour. The cost is $29.50 per person age 2 and over. Advance reservations are requested as space is limited and this has become a very popular holiday activity.

Includes 2 Nights Lodging in Penthouse for a couple (2) or in a Suite for a family (4). The event only takes place on Nov. 24th + 25th, Dec 1st + 2nd, Dec, 8th, Dec. 15th & Dec. 22nd. Riders will check in at Nestlenook Recreation Center where they will be greeted by Carolers and have an opportunity to visit with Santa. Prior to boarding they will receive their special Jingle Bell, their first Chocolate Treasure, hot chocolate and a festive bag to hold any uneaten Chocolate Treasures. Then they will board their Austrian Drawn Sleigh and be whisked away to at least 6 other participating properties (properties may vary from date to date). At each property sleighs will be met by the Innkeeper, owner or representative, given an overview of that particular property and they will receive another decadent Chocolate Treasure. The entire trip will take approximately one hour round trip. It will also include a sleigh ride at NNF, unlimited skating/snow shoeing weather permitted.
